Plan your room
Measure the complete installation
Ask for the current installation drawing for your chosen model. Check the chamber footprint and the clearance needed to open the chamber, enter it and reach the controls.
Follow the delivery route
Measure external doors, internal doors, corridors, turns, stairs and lifts. Confirm the packaged dimensions and delivery weight, and who moves and positions the equipment.
Allow for the supporting equipment
Confirm where the oxygen supply and compressor will stand, and the electrical, ventilation, temperature and service access requirements. A chamber dimension alone does not describe the full installation.
A place for your chamber
The complete setup includes the chamber, supporting equipment and room to move around them. Confirm the requirements for your exact model with our team.

Know your order
Confirm the configuration
Your quote should name the exact chamber, finish, electrical configuration, included equipment and accessories. Ask the team to confirm availability and the requirements for your country.
Review the reservation
A chamber is reserved online with a deposit, and the balance is invoiced before dispatch. Confirm the total, taxes, freight, balance timing and cancellation terms on your order before paying.
Agree the delivery scope
Check the lead time, delivery address, access requirements, installation responsibilities, commissioning and training. These should be clear in writing before dispatch.
Living with the complete setup.
Leave room for access, connections and care as well as the chamber itself.

Care and support
Start with the instructions
Use the operating and maintenance documents supplied for your model. Training, cleaning, inspection and servicing should be explained before the chamber is put into use.
Understand the warranty
Ask which parts are covered, how long cover lasts, what is excluded and how service is provided where you live. Confirm the process for faults, replacement parts and scheduled maintenance.
Keep the order details
Keep the model, serial number, order reference and installation records together. When you contact support, start with the model and the issue, and leave out any personal medical information.
Common questions
Can I choose a chamber by its pressure rating alone?
No. Format, access, equipment, operating requirements and clinical suitability all matter. Compare the specifications of each model and discuss suitability with a qualified clinician.
Is the advertised chamber size the space I need?
The installation needs more than the external footprint. Allow for getting in and out, access to the controls and maintenance points, and any separate equipment. Use the current installation drawing.
How do I confirm delivery and installation?
Ask the product team for the delivery scope and who is responsible for what at your address. Do this before reserving, particularly where stairs, lifts or narrow access are involved.
Where do I find the final price and terms?
Each chamber page shows the current price and deposit. Your order confirmation and the deposit terms set out the terms that apply to your order.
