Infiniti Biomed and the store at infinitibiomed.com are operated by Regenetec Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202539317C), of 60 Paya Lebar Road, #07-54 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. These terms apply when you use the site and when you buy from us, and by placing an order you agree to them.

Our shipping and delivery, returns and warranty and deposit terms pages form part of these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the day you place it.

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Check the confirmation when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything on it is wrong.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the product is unavailable, the price was shown incorrectly or the payment fails verification.

Any tax we are required to charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken on a secure hosted checkout, and this site never sees your card details. Chamber deposits and balances are paid through Stripe. A chamber is reserved with a deposit and the balance is paid before dispatch, as the deposit terms set out.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer, and the product you receive is the model and options shown on your order confirmation.

Product images may differ from the unit you receive, and the rooms shown with our chambers are illustrative settings, not installation photographs or a guide to fit.

Our products are general wellness products for adults. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Read the user manual before first use and follow its safety instructions every time. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, ask your doctor before using it.

Wear the supplied goggles during every SilkSkin session. If you have a skin condition, take medication that increases sensitivity to light or have a history of seizures, ask your doctor before using the mask.

Our chambers are supplied for private use at home. Businesses, clinics and operators should speak to a specialist before ordering.

The information on this site is general information about our products. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The text, images, films and designs on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print them for personal use, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse them commercially without our permission. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, carrier or port delays, customs action or supply interruptions. We will tell you as soon as we can and keep the delay as short as we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
