About this policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit infinitibiomed.com, send us an enquiry, place an order or contact us. Infiniti Biomed is operated by Regenetec Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202539317C), of 60 Paya Lebar Road, #07-54 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051, which is the controller of the personal data described here.
We handle personal data under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and the US state privacy laws that apply to us, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, the equipment you are interested in, your country and whether it is for use at home or in a business, with an optional telephone number and message. It also records that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry, whether you ticked the box to hear our news, and how you reached the site: the referring page, the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link.
We use these details to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The form never asks about your health, and we ask you not to include health information in your message.
When you place an order
Checkout is run by Shopify on shop.regenetec.com. When you order, Shopify collects your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses and the details of your order, and passes them to us so we can fulfil it.
Card payments on Shopify checkout are processed by Shopify Payments. Your card details go directly to Shopify and never reach this site or us.
A chamber deposit is paid on Stripe Checkout, run by Stripe, and the balance by a Stripe invoice. Stripe collects your email address and card details; your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach this site or us. Stripe passes us your email address, the name on the card, the chamber you reserved and your choices of colour, voltage and plug type, so we can confirm the reservation and invoice the balance. For a balance paid by bank transfer, we receive the payment details your bank sends with the transfer.
When you browse the site
The site keeps a cookie that remembers your cookie choice and, once you add something to your bag, a cookie that remembers your bag. Our hosting provider records technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, which we use to run the site securely and to limit abuse of the enquiry form.
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and, once we use it, the Meta pixel are described in our cookie policy. Optional cookies are set only once you accept them, and you can change your choice in Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep your message, your email address and anything you choose to send with it, such as photographs of a fault, so we can answer you and handle any warranty or return.
Health information
We do not ask for health or medical information and do not use it for marketing or profiling. If you send us health details anyway, we use them only to answer your message and keep them confidential.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to answer enquiries, to take and fulfil orders, to deliver products and handle returns and warranty claims, to send the emails that go with an order, and to keep our records for tax and accounting.
With your consent, we also use it to send you news about our products, to measure how the site is used and, once we run advertising, to measure visits that come from our adverts. We never use the details of an enquiry or an order for analytics or advertising.
Legal bases
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on the performance of a contract for orders and deliveries, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site and answering enquiries, on legal obligations for tax and accounting records, and on your consent for marketing emails and optional cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the companies that run parts of our service for us, under contracts that oblige them to protect it.
These are Shopify for the store, checkout, payments and order emails; Stripe for chamber deposits, balance invoices and their card payments; Vercel, which hosts the site; Pipedrive, where we keep enquiries and orders; Resend, which sends the emails the site generates; Microsoft for our email; Sanity, which holds the site content; and, with your consent, Google, Microsoft Clarity and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement.
Orders are delivered by our fulfilment warehouse, couriers and freight carriers, who receive the name, address and contact details needed for delivery. We may also share personal data with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in Singapore and sell worldwide, and the services we use process data in Singapore, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep order and tax records for seven years and warranty records for the length of the warranty and three years after. We keep an enquiry while we are discussing it with you and delete it on request, and we keep your marketing choice until you unsubscribe. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and then deleted.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, payments are handled by Shopify, and access to the systems that hold personal data is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw your consent. Under US state laws you can also ask what we collect and opt out of any sale or sharing, although we do not sell personal data, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email support@infinitibiomed.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. You can also complain to your data protection authority, which in Singapore is the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Children
The site and our products are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, or under 16 in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do with personal data changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
