Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every SilkSkin order, to every country we deliver to.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse within two business days of payment, and you get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves.

Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Remote destinations and customs checks can take longer, so treat these times as estimates rather than promises.

Where our courier offers it, we pay import duties and taxes before the parcel arrives. In some countries, Australia among them, that is not possible and the courier collects import duty or local tax from you before delivery. That charge is set by your country’s customs authority and is paid by the recipient.

Write to us as soon as possible if your delivery address changes, because once a parcel has left the warehouse we cannot redirect it. If tracking shows no movement for ten business days, contact us and we will trace it with the courier or send a replacement.

Each chamber is built for your order and travels by freight, which we arrange for each order once your chamber is ready and the balance has been paid. You get the tracking details by email when your chamber leaves.

The lead time on each model’s page is an estimate from the date of your reservation, not a fixed delivery date, and freight and customs can add to it.
