Deposit terms

These terms apply when you reserve a hyperbaric chamber by paying a deposit. They form part of our terms of service, and your order confirmation records the model and options you reserved.

Your deposit reserves one chamber in the model, colour, voltage and plug type you chose, built for your order. The deposit, the full price and the balance are shown on the model’s page and on the checkout page before you pay. The deposit counts towards the full price, so the balance is the full price less the deposit.

To cancel a reservation, email support@infinitibiomed.com with your order number.

We email you an invoice for the balance when your chamber is ready to ship. You can pay it by card from the Stripe invoice or by bank transfer, and any bank charges on a transfer are yours. Your chamber is dispatched once the balance has been paid in full.

Each chamber is built for your order, so it is not dispatched from stock. The lead time on the model’s page is an estimate from the date of your reservation and not a fixed delivery date.

You choose the voltage and plug type for the country where the chamber will be used when you reserve, and they are recorded on your order. Check them against the electrical supply at the address before you reserve, and speak to a specialist if you are unsure.
