Cookie policy

Last updated

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies infinitibiomed.com uses. Optional cookies are set only once you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

infiniti_consent remembers your cookie choice for 180 days, so the notice does not ask you again on every page.

infiniti_cart and infiniti_has_bag remember what is in your bag for up to 30 days, once you add something to it.

infiniti_reserved holds the reference of a chamber checkout you have just completed, for one day, so the reservation confirmation can show what you reserved.

Checkout runs on Shopify at shop.regenetec.com, which sets the cookies it needs to take your order and payment and asks for its own cookie choice. Shopify describes them in its own cookie policy.

A chamber deposit is paid on Stripe Checkout at checkout.stripe.com, which sets the cookies it needs to take your payment and prevent fraud. Stripe describes them in its own cookie policy.

We use Google Analytics to see how people find the site and which visits lead to an enquiry or an order, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used. Neither runs on this site until you accept analytics, and until then nothing about your visit here is sent to Google or Microsoft.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_ cookies to recognise returning visits, for up to two years, and Microsoft Clarity sets the _clck and _clsk cookies and records how pages are used with anything you type hidden.

We do not use your visit for Google advertising, whatever you choose.

Once we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, the notice also asks about marketing. If you accept it, the Meta pixel sets the _fbp cookie and records page views, to measure visits that come from our adverts, for up to 90 days. Until then, and if you decline, it does not run.

Choose Cookie settings at the foot of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops the optional tags in the page and removes the cookies they set on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the bag needs its cookie to work.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. For questions about cookies, email support@infinitibiomed.com.
